Auburn is the new amazing restaurant that is beautifully located at the Melrose Avenue, in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by Jon and Masa Kleinhample, they created to establish a perfect and intimate vibe. Today, Los Angeles Homes introduces this amazing location that is perfect for a sunny day in beautiful L.A.
Once the famous spot for Michel Richard’s Citrus, is now the amazing restaurant, that is called Auburn. Oonagh Ryan was the amazing architecture behind this project and Jon and Masa Kleinhample was in charge of the amazing interiors. This restaurant features 105 seats, and it provides an amazing experience on intimate dining.
The inspiration behind the Auburn restaurant sits on the dinner parties held at their house in Belgium. The kitchen in this restaurant remains open to the dining area, and inside, the kitchen features a laser-cut steel hearth as its centerpiece. This restaurant is a perfect personification of the minimalistic and intimate design.
There are a pair of wooden shelves on the front of the kitchen that features crockery, that strongly evokes the acquisition of a storage cabinet in the comfort of your home. There are also two wooden dining tables that are placed on a rustic rug, maintaining once again the feeling of a homey setting.
Auburn features a neutral palette, with warm and wooden tones, with muted walls, having the purpose of establishing a calm and relaxing vibe. So, the goal is to have a peaceful meal, enjoying your time with friends, while tasting the most exquisite and delicious food you’ll ever eat.
This peaceful spot is also translated through its furniture, that accents itself through the use of all-wood and white furniture. Although it’s completely minimalistic, it also states the luxurious vibe that you hope for, every time you search for a high-quality restaurant. Auburn is everything you need it to be, and the dream of a perfect dinner.
