Broadway House is the name of the amazing house that’s located on the famous Venice Beach, in California. Ash NYC is the design firm that’s responsible for this amazingly beautiful project, that presents incredible features. They’re internationally known for their hotel projects across the United States of America. Today, Los Angeles Homes unveils the perfect characters designed in this home.

Ash NYC is a Brooklyn based design firm that has been growing professionally throughout the years, presenting amazing projects on their portfolio such as the Siren Hotel in Detroit, New Orlean’s Hotel Peter & Paul, and the Dean in Providence, Rhode Island. At the moment, this prestigious firm has opened a new office in Los Angeles.

With their proud expansion to Los Angeles, they decided to celebrate that fact with a temporary show house in Venice Beach, which they named Broadway House, maintaining a New York inspired name. This house is beautifully designed, with a lot of personality and modern twists, that transform this house into something incredible.

The design for this Broadway House was incredibly inspired on the location, which means that Venice Beach carries a lot of the style throughout the house. It was also supported around the type of person that would live there, which translates onto modern and cosmopolitan people.

Ash NYC made sure to bring the Californian concept to this Broadway house, with the inclusion of brands such as Parachute Home, Boy Smells, Entler and Creative Art Partners. There are special elements such as skateboards and play tables in children’s bedrooms that bring that special touch, with design personality.

This amazing space presents itself as a 3800-square-foot home, with a total of four bedrooms and over four bathrooms. Although it was built on 1910, it was recently and beautifully renovated by architect Noah Walker, who transformed this Broadway House into something incredibly modern and minimalistic.
