Agron purchased the home in 2012 after traveling to France to film the movie The Family. She reportedly fell in love with the Normandy style of architecture, according to listing agent Patricia Ruben.
In typical Normandy style, the house has a steeply pitched hip roof and vaulted ceilings, seen here in the gorgeous living room.
The epicurean kitchen has pale blue-green cabinets throughout and a black and gold stove and hood.
Agron renovated the home after purchasing it, but kept some of the original details, such as the hardwood floors and the chic chandelier
Black and gold wallpaper in a sitting room makes a bold statement.
The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has many unique design touches, such as this gray and white patterned wallpaper in a guest bedroom.

The master bedroom is cozy and elegant thanks to hardwood floors, sleek lighting, and a neutral palette. A black door and matching headboard make an elegant statement.
The master bathroom contains a free-standing claw foot tub with a chandelier above. Perfect for relaxing bubble baths.
The guesthouse, with a private outdoor deck living space, is a relaxing sanctuary for guests.
The swimming pool and outdoor seating area is surrounded by cypress trees (to keep away the prying paparazzi, naturally).
The Cote d’Azur-inspired pool and grounds will make you feel like you’re on vacation in the French Riviera, even if you’re just in LA.
