The 101 Ocean of Ave. Santa Monica was built in 1963, but in 1993, the building was completely renovated.
The renovated 101 Ocean won two awards for architects Felderman Keatinge + Associates: “Urban Beautification Award: Best Remodeled High-rise” from the Los Angeles Business Council; and “M.A.M.E. Award for Best High-rise Unit Plans” from the Building Industry of Southern California.
